Appendix

A few recurring questions

Appendix
01What is “atomic design”?

Every piece of knowledge is an atom. Notes, mind-map nodes, tasks and PDFs are all the same entity, just viewed differently—so you never duplicate or copy/paste.

02How can I get help or send feedback?

At the bottom of the website you’ll find links to our Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and QQ communities—join any group to ask questions or share feedback, or email us directly at 1155181470@link.cuhk.edu.hk.

03Will there be a mobile and tablet version?

Yes. We plan to ship a minimal mobile experience starting in Q1 2026. Dedicated tablet support will be evaluated and rolled out later based on real usage and feedback.

04Why choose Chronnote over other note or knowledge tools?

Chronnote is not just a note app with an AI chat box. It turns notes, PDFs, webpages, images, audio, video, whiteboards, mind maps, and tasks into reusable atoms that can be cited, combined, and reworked. As your workspace accumulates more atoms, AI can revive older materials and cross-domain clues during new writing, research, organization, and creative work.
